Clinic FAQ’s

1. Are the clinics suitable for complete beginners?

Yes, there is a large percentage of children who attend or enrol in a clinic as their first experience with tennis. These students are grouped with other beginner students and the clinic provides an excellent introduction to tennis.

2. Will my child be fully supervised at all times?

Yes, there will be no time throughout the day that any child is unsupervised.

3. What is the toilet procedure?

Younger students are walked to the toilets with a tennis coach. There are both male and female coaches at out clinics. Older students go with a buddy. The toilets are close to the tennis courts so there are no issues in this area.

4. How are the students graded?

Students are graded into an appropriate level group which is determined by their age and current level. Students can be grouped with their friends if their level is similar.

5. Does my child need a racquet to attend?

No, students can borrow a racquet free of charge or alternatively can purchase our new Starter’s Kit which is a new racquet of their size and a sports cap for a total price of $29.95.

6. Is the clinic still on in the event of rain?

Yes, the clinic will go ahead rain, hail or shine. All of our venues have indoor areas where we conduct our wet weather program. Once the weather clears we head straight back onto the courts.
