Court Hire Times
7am to 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday
Casual Hire Conditions
All court hire is subject to availability and are available for a minimum one hour hire period and in half – hour periods thereafter. Casual hire can be made for any number of weeks or a series of bookings. Court Hire will be invoiced on the day of making a booking. Access to the tennis court will not be allowed unless all charges are paid in full. Access Codes will be issued with the payment receipt. If players do not attend the time of the court booking for any reason, there are no refunds given.
Permanent Hire Conditions
To access the Permanent court hire rates, players must book a permanent time to play for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks. Payment is made in monthly instalments in advance. A payment request email will be sent to you in advance, you are required to make payment online with a credit card or Paypal. Permanent hire fee is heavily discounted to compensate for any wet weather sessions that may occur. To cancel a permanent booking, 4 weeks notice must be given.

Automatic Payments – Secure option for Permanent Hirers where payments are automatically deducted from your nominated credit card.

Public Liability Insurance
All Incorporated bodies, Clubs or commercial groups must have cover to a level not less than $10 million.
These hirers must provide evidence of their public liability insurance prior to commencement of the hire period and provide a copy of any insurance renewal during the hire period prior to the expiry of the previous policy.
Conditions of Hire:
The hirer takes full responsibility for any accident or injury incurred during the course of any booking.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to vacate the court at the conclusion of their scheduled time.
No refunds will be given for adverse weather conditions affecting play.
If play is interrupted for other reasons the hirer must provide documented evidence that the designated courts were unusable to claim a transfer of booking (i.e. maintenance issues).
Tennis courts must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your court hire.

Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in us refusing to accept future bookings.
